The Heart Behind the Studio
With almost 20 years in the health industry, Amy has dedicated her career to helping people move better, feel stronger, and improve how their body functions.
As a certified Pilates Instructor, registered Nutritionist and Holding a Diploma in Remedial Therapy, Amy brings a deep understanding of muscles, movement patterns, and body mechanics into every session. Her ability to assess how the body compensates and moves allows her to guide clients with precision, focusing on muscle activation, alignment, and safe, effective movement.
Having always lived by the same health and movement principles she teaches, Amy believes that consistent, mindful movement is one of the most powerful tools for long-term wellbeing. Her goal has always been at the heart of her work to create a fun, welcoming space where people can move, build strength, and fall in love with their bodies, becoming genuinely addicted to the joy of moving.

Private and Semi Private Classes
If you’re feeling nervous about joining a class, or simply prefer a smaller, more personal setting, our private and semi-private sessions are ideal. Book a 1:1 session or bring your own group and enjoy a tailored experience. Work at your own pace, refine your technique, and focus on your goals, all with personalised attention.
Intentionally small classes
We keep our class sizes intentionally small, with just six reformers, so we can give you the attention you deserve. This allows us to tailor exercises, adjust intensity levels, and support your individual needs every step of the way.
Our doors are open to everyone no matter your shape, size, or fitness level.
Supportive Environment
At our studio, you’re never just a number. With small classes and tailored coaching, you’ll feel confident, guided, and encouraged every step of the way, whether you’re just starting out or ready to progress further.
